I Have now replaced the Cordyline in the pot in the front garden that kept blowing over in the wind………….
I bought a large blue pot from my local plant shop and decided on a Hosta to put in it… That way it would have something in the summer and i can put bulbs in it in the winter.. it is north facing, in the front, and gets very windy…..
I have a small lawn and a hawthorn tree, with lovely red flowers, i also have a hedge that comes out in pink flowers in june……..

Isn't Hawthorne lovely? there are quite a few round us, the smell always reminds me of my childhood, out with mum and dad for a country stroll.
I love the little girl with the watering can!!
