Afternoon On The Beach.

I went for a walk this afternoon , the sea was lovely the sky blue and the sun shimmering of the sea…….the tide was coming in so it was a bit windy but so refreshing……..summers here at last………..
The sea covers the rocks when it is in………
The seaweed was almost pink…..
Here is the view from the top of the beach………..
there are some lovely flowers growing………
I wish i could put the smell of the sea on here for you……..it was lovely today……
its been a hot day so now im off to water the garden………….

Lovely blog, Holly, a beach just as I like it - all to myself! When I lived nearer the coast I used to walk my dogs early in the morning - bliss. The flowers are beautiful too.

Thanks for all your lovely comments........... the beach doesnt get many people on it in the week... i dont go down there at weekends when it gets rather crowded and people have BBQs.... on the beach.........yesterday there were only 2 dogwalkers out..........Sheer Bliss..............

Thankyou for taking me to the seaside with you it was grand, I love the smell of the sea and the scrunch when you walk along the sand, I don't mind one little bit about getting sand in between my toes either :o))) Lovely shots on a lovely day Nice one Holly.
