yes, lovely red skies this evening :o)

Yes, my wife & I saw this lovely red sky just as we were arriving home after we had been to the hospital! As there were no pattens I didn't whip out my mobile to take a few shots.

We also saw the 3/4 full Moon. There were no stars in the sky at the time. As the old saying goes: "Red sky at night, shepherds delight" :-)

We were looking at it glowing through the woods - love the shot with the moon, they're ALL lovely.

How beautiful. We had a lovely sunset aswell but not as red as this.

Your sky was red - ours was a sort of deep apricot colour! Why, oh why didn't I dash out with the camera?

Beautiful photos Holly. Our's wasn't nearly as spectacular as that, but even though it was pinkish red, we haven't got a nice day today.
I too should be at the ready more often with my camera. I wanted to snap the robin on the bird feeder this morning, but by the time the camera was ready, he'd gone!

Lovely sunset, all we have had for quite a few days is dull gray skys so come evening its to cloudy for a nice sunset.

after last nights red sky today we have rain all day.and its cold as well.MAD I CAN NEVER GET NEAR THE BIRDS TO GET A GOOD PHOTE.its great to be able to go out the back door and see the big skies.i like liveing in the county. thanks every one for your comments
