Ref: Toadflax query, Badfish

Because I can’t add a photo to the questions page, I have added this blog!
Looking at my example of toadflax I can see what the confusion was. Mine does have smaller flowers and the leaves in some cases have more rounded ends rather than the very pointed ones on Badfish’s example.
A few of mine have the points to the leaves, but not as sharply pointed.
Perhaps Badfish’s is bigger and better due to a better quality potting compost/feed? Or perhaps it’s a sport.
Any views on that would be interesting. Mine is a neglected pot full of old compost!

Oh yes, with your hand in the pic its easier to see the size. Certainly looks like ivy leaved to me now. I've only ever seen it growing on walls and in paving cracks where it doesn't look as succulent!
