Oh dear, Jacque. Mine are in a boring plain plastic box with a lid. But I am quite organised - they are in alphabetical order inside! It doesn't make up for the boring container, though, does it? Maybe I should buy some flower stickers to jazz it up a bit! LOL.

I found some seeds in a jam jar Jacque earlier in the year and didn't have a clue what they were as I had forgotten to label the jar!
I popped them in the garden and was delighted to see a lovely group of digitalis (Foxgloves) appear this year. I had saved them a long time ago and completely forgot all about them and put them in a cupboard for safe keeping!

Yup! Neatly marked envelopes "filed" in alphabetical order into a shoe box. It's always worked for me but I think I shall look for something more funky and interesting to keep them in in future. Just a thought - has anyone read a book called Blackberry Wine by Joann Harris (who also wrote Chocolat)? It's a gardener's delight of a quirky love story played out amid interesting gardens. Just the sort of book to get into when it's too wet to do anything about gardening, but will give you tons of ideas for when you can!

Yes - love it and all her others, too!

Great Blog, I love Wind in the Willows too. I keep packets of seeds in an ice cream tub (minus the ice cream). Seeds that I have collected from plants in the garden I put in 35mm film cannisters with labels on them of course. I got a shed load recently from a local shop that develops films, they are air tight so are ideal.

Hmmm...Yes Jacque I have a "container" for my seeds but it's not nearly as decorative as yours. It's called a bag! Now you've shamed me into looking for something else!! : - )
