Epiphyllum or Zygocacti

Hello – just a little drama in the greenhouse I must share – I have had for a number of years a cacti that I believed to be a Zygocacti – the most enormous blooms and a gorgeous bright pink – easy to grow cuttings and a real show girl
I also had a orange one – but due to an error of judgement I lost that one and have not suceeded in finding a replacement – but last year at Malvern show I found a cream one and it has flowered this week and also flowering this week a sister plant from Shrewsbury Flower ShowThis one below is the Shrewsbury purchase
First the budThen the bloom
The plant to the right is a Crinium – I have not grown one before so I wait in anticipation!
Wishing you all a lovely week

What a stunning flower on both of them. Incredible...do the flowers last long Jane?

Thanks Stera - none of my cacti are labelled - I must have a blitz and name them - Karen the blooms don't last much more than 2 days and they always seem to come out at night - they are big awkward plants prone to falling over - but well worth it

The cactus is an Epiphyllum and a real beauty. .
A Zygcactus (the Christmas cactus is one) has segmented stems.
