Forget me nots

Over the weekend on a visit into our local town Shrewsbury,we walked down to the castle to look at this sea of metal forget me nots
they are so lovelyThe flowers have been individually handcrafted locally at the British Ironworks Centre in Oswestry
The centre is well worth a visit if you are in the area.
The flowers will be on disply for a while and then will be sold off for £25 – all proceeds to the local hospice
What a wonderful idea – similar to the Tower of London poppies – we bought one of those – it is standing proud in our summer house – and hopefully soon with a forget me not for company – enjoy your week Jane
