It is hard to believe there are still some quaint places in and around the city of one million people. What makes it so special for me are the white doves flying around and feeding their chick.
His lovely Doves madly in love.
He hase four pair of Doves flying anound the garden.
This is one of the chicks two days old there are three more.
!
I always look forward goining to his garden Andy has alwas some thing new to see.

Such a lovely garden to visit and who would believe that the chick would transform into a lovely white dove - a bit like the story of the ugly duckling.

Thank you all for your very nice comments. I am sure Andy and wife will be so proud when i show them the comments.I will if he allows me to take some more photos in June when it's at is best. You are right Mariek, and Yorkshire, it is a ugly little fellow. It is lovely to see the doves flying around and landing at your feet. The amazing thing is the three cats he has and they don't go near them.

Well I do apologise John, I`m only a year behind with your friends garden, I don`t know how I missed this.
Your friends garden is grand, my idea of a lovely garden is one packed with lots to admire and areas that you have to explore to see whats going on, a garden to meander around.
Lovely photo`s as well...
