I live in New Zealand. ...I'm interested in photography, gardening and animals so finding this site combines all three and will suit me down to the ground.

I live with my husband and we have my grandson stay during the week so that he can attend High School. He seems to have caught the gardening bug as well so that's great to see. We have a dog, cat and goldfish but had to cut back on my animals since moving to town.

We have moved from a 10 acre lifestyle block into the city so my garden is a lot smaller but I am enjoying the compact section...my passion is roses as you will see by my photos. We are into our spring now so lovely to see the garden coming to life after our long cold winter. Our summers are very hot and dry with the temperature getting well into the 30's. (that's celcius)
