How to make Policeman happy

We have six cats and one The half man-the half cat. The most dominant personality among all is Policeman. He has got his name because all the day, every day, all the year round he is patrolling the whole garden and my balcony with slightly p….d appearance. Moreover, he is p…..g on everything, dead or alive.
Sometimes the hot weather knocks him out.
As a good son he sometimes has a breakfast in the garden with his ten year old mother.
He loves perfumes of women….
He is just a big macho of my balcony :)
I have never noticed his child spirit :) Till yesterday.
I painted old baskets white and arranged them across the balcony.
Later on, what a surprise, I found Policeman playing with the largest basket, turning it around its axis with paws, like bears do in circus :)
I apologize for a bad quality of last 2 pictures, but they were done through mosquito net, in order I wouldn´t disturb the playing cat :))

Kasy@other male cat we have, the one whom I mentioned as half man-half cat, has never p...d on anything, he smells my flowers, "talks" to me when we are just sitting alone in the room, says "hello" when enters my room and press the door with paws when he needs to go to toilet, sleeping only (!) in big chair and sometimes in bed (:(). He has never fighted with other cats yet all the house is his. I forgot to said, that he is big admirer of the X-mas tree :)))

He is Kasia, he is my beloved one :))))) The only one, who first listens and then answers, lol. And smells flowers with me :)

Oh, that was mine, too. I had lot of male heroes in a childhood. When I reached 18, I have got Wuthering Heights from Bronte and it was my end as a male, lol.

Nice looking cat, Katarina - if he's peeing on everything all the time, have you had him neutered yet? That stops the problem usually.
