Moved to a house with a garden 2 years ago. As a new gardener it's been hit or miss. The garden was bare, only weeds...so it's been a labour of love and frustration. Only realised this year that I should think about pruning too! Thirty odd years ago had a garden in Australia; always had to remember to water, water and water all the plants...a lot different here in Scotland.
