Terratoonie - they took loads of photos and also many I had taken when I entered the competition and I am really surprised by the one they used on the main page. I must admit I'm a little disappointed but they must know what their readers want to see.

Kay, went to Smiths and bought the mag today, the article is great your garden looks beautiful, you must be so proud all that hard work, it looks truly lovely, so glad you won the competition. What a wonderful achievement. Am sorry however to hear your other sad news Kay...ps I thougth the photo looked just fine you dont look like a cut out gardener at all.

I must agree with you, Cazcat ... disappointing not to see the wonderful arbours in your garden though, Kay! ... No worries as I can see them on your GoY photos ... :o)

Kay, Just got home with my copy of Garden News and found you straight away. It's fantastic . . . I've just looked at photos of your garden on this site, and can see why you won! It's a brilliant design, especially the lovely idea to site the benches where the cats found the sunniest spot. :)))
