Lovely views and - believe it or not - we get rain in Spain and it doesn't fall mainly on the plain - it hits us in the mountains!

I recognise those hills. I don't think you live very far from me :o)
I'm sorry you had to postone your walk, but I know how fascinating genealogy is. I'm hooked on it aswell ...

Yes we have a lovely view all around , it was one of the reason's we bought the bungalow and when I took an older sister to see it before we bought it she said a view like that is good for the soul, and I Must add worth getting out of bed for in the mornings lol , a lot of people say my garden is neat & tidy hope they don't mean boring lol it as lots of quirky features that cant all be seen .

Lol I didn't mean boring Kidsgran, I think you have a lovely garden and that it's very well-maintained :) Especially that weed-free patio - mine's covered in them at the moment and needs some attention!

What a shame your walk was ruined but as others have said you got the opporunity to do your first blog.
Hopefully your weather (and mine for that matter) picks up soon.
I do enjoy a spot of Genealogy too. Been doing mine on and off since 1997. I have met lots of lovely people from around the world related to me in some way or another and we still stay in touch.

Thanks Scottish , Genealogy is as addictive as gardening I too have met cousins I knew nothing about and like the trees in our gardens the branches grow .

I missed this blog while I was away from GoY for a short time.
