morrisons plants

Thank you for letting us know, is that today? I bought 2 trees there a week ago for £2. If they have more today I will certainly go there now, I would like some more cherry trees and Salix integra ‘Hakuro-nishiki’, although I have 12 of them..just can't get enough of them. Lol

Many thanks for this info. ... I have bought an apple tree 'James Grieve' and a flowering cherry 'Prunus shogetsu' this morning ... they were priced at £5 each ... Salix also available but have now forgotten which variety ... sorry! .....

they had weeping willow which i would have loved,but im sure it was just too large for my garden,and twisted hazel which I will pop back in and look at,typicaly i only had £4 with me,so it was buy a tree or starve,so I starved

Morrisons seem to have upped their game this year. Have seen lots of good plants. Saw some healthy Magnolias and Acers (and some badly pruned ones). My Tesco has some goos looking bare root Acers and Willows (twisted and red) for £4.

I think they've got good plants. I bought a rose and 2 pyracanthas from there last week. I've got to find room to put them now lol

Just bought a salix nishiki but not much info with it anyone know how high and wide it will grow?? purchased from Morrissons

Also bought 2 mixed heathers says height and spread of 30-45cm is this accurate and how far apart do i plant them. Morrison have nice plants but they lack a lot of information. Any suggestions as where best to plant and how far apart ??
