Glyphosate test

The problem is that that very nice tumble weed product with a brush so that you only treat one plant isnt available anymore.
I read a suggestion that you could brush on dilute glyphosate. Trouble is this too isnt allowed and it splashes every where.
So I mixed up some wallpaper paste and used this as a base for glyphosate.
Using an old washing up bottle to dispense the goo carefully only onto the dandelions I wanted to eliminate.
The test was a success, but the weeds took a week or so to die.
Of course you must not try this as its not recommended by any manufacturer, but I thought the trial would be interesting.

The trial worked actually the gloop did for the dandelion without affecting the heucera it was growing through.
Maybe I should do a bit better structured report for the GOY community.

Ok so the test need to be 1 with paste, 1 just glyphosate, 1 with water and 1 just paste.
I have the very spot next to my lillies on the west flower bed.

Great minds thin a like! I remember when gardeners world told us about 30 years ago to put veg seed in wallpaper paste and into a piping bag to spread the seeds more thinly. Take heart if it does not work at least your weeds will not have mildew lol.
