My first signs of spring

Well nature has finally turned a corner in my part of the world. Today, the mourning doves have started to call each other and a honey bee buzzed right up to my face. I figure the reason for this is that it must have sensed my old spice aftershave. Upon taking a good look at me it decided that I was too old for pollination and promptly flew away.

I too felt that spring really was in the air yesterday as I wandered around our garden. The birds were singing and the bees were on the heather and everywhere had a touch more colour somehow!
The bees like my shampoo and head for me!!
