New Bulbs !

Each autumn i invest in some more spring bulbs for the front garden.
I’m interested in things that are a bit different, something that’s not the run of the mill so i get the items that are a bit more eyecatching.
This year i bought these – they look gorgeous and i’ll enjoy looking at them through the dreary winter days.

Joanella, i 'so' agree about not liking tulips much. I thought that one looked good, as i thought the frilled one too. The other tulip looks quite full and double-y too :-))))
Thanks Moti, i think that one's going to be a favourite with people .... there weren't many left !

Love the bulbs, especially the little tulips on the last pic. Have you tried Mount Tacoma tulips? I love them because they look just like peonies and are pure whte. Have bought some this year, along with a deep orange paeony-flowered one.

nice selection Louise, I looked at the peach blossom yesterday, but I wanted some more Angelique and I couldn't have both LOL. Really like that calochortus will have to look out for it :-))

Thanks Grindle, i was very impressed with the selection that the garden centre had, their best ever, i'd say.
Hywel, i will indeed take pictures of them when they're up :-))
Last year i had a few that disappeared in the ground - goodness knows what happens to them !
