Problems adding photos to blogs

I’m having problems again, even though I’ve done it before. I write the blog, then click BROWSE, then add the photo. It says at the top of the page that I will be returned to my blog when this is done, but I’m not. It also says RETURN TO BLOG or ADD PHOTO. So if I click Return to blog, I go but without pictures.
Can anyone help please? In simple step-by-step language, cos I must be a bit thick.

You have to press 'submit' as well, Mad. Then the little green line moves along before you get back to the text you're writing. You are doing it right - just missing out the last step!

and when it goes back to your blog remember to scroll down so you start writing again after pictures, ive forgotten at times and wrote in the wrong place lol

You can cut and paste the photo, though, if it's in the wrong place.

Thanks Sanbaz. Spritz, I don't know what 'cut and paste' means. Its taken me 7 months of self-learning to get this far! A grandson offered to teach me that about 3 months ago, but I wasn't ready - still too daunting.

Welcome to my world, Mad, my daughter showed me how to put photos on, I really struggled, then, my daughter-in-law showed me a far simpler way and now I feel all smug doing it without help ... lol . Honestly, "cut and paste" / "drop and drag" ... it's a foreign language to me. : o ) )

good to know I am not the only one who doesn't know how to' cut and paste ' I have still a lot to learn yet.

I'm sorry - I didn't mean to confuse anyone. I'm not a 'techie' but I learned how to cut and paste, and that's very useful. You just need to run your mouse over the text (in this case the photo 'text'), so that it's blue, then right-click with your mouse - a message comes up with a list which includes 'cut' (and also 'copy'.) If you 'cut' it, then you can move your cursor (arrow) to the place in your blog where you want the photo, then right click again, and this time choose 'paste'.

Have a try - it really isn't hard! If I can do it - anyone can. :-)))

Here ends the lesson! LOL.

Glad I'm not alone in not being in the least little bit technical.
