This is a selection of photographs of our holiday in Italy.
The journey was completely by train – quite an experience.
We were delayed going down by the French train strike and held up going home by the bomb incident in the Paris Nord Station. But a wonderful time was had .
The scenery is magnificent.

Love Lake Como,we had a great holiday there a few years ago,but didn't get to see Villa Carlotta ..we stayed very near to it,and I remember walking by a few times..glad you enjoyed your visit there,and maybe we will get the opportunity another time..Did you go across to Belaggio on the ferry? We loved it there..

Gosh I can almost feel the sun on my face. I really like that second photo, its so unusual.
