What better way could there be than to have your garden publically acknowledged and I`m sure Rose will be absolutely thrilled especially after the negativity of the past.

That is a lovely welcome to the village and I'm sure Rose and her hubby will be thrilled, after all they went through at the last home it will go a long way to make up for the nastiness and the loss of their other garden, certainly well deserved.......
