That's really lovely Marjorie, what a kind thought. Thank you - makes me feel cared for! I am using arnica, both tablets and cream, and its feeling much better already. The doc suggested Ibuprofen but arnica is much better and it doesn't make you feel sick either...
All today's gardening was a squat down with a trowel job, which takes a lot longer than a good dig with a spade, but heigh ho....
And it was great watching OH pushing the scarifier around too...
