Beauties all of tgem and some gorgeous colours I love that Aquilegia colour very pretty.

Love the Snapdragons, memories of my parents. My father grew bedding plants for sale and we spent hours pricking out plants into trays. They were then sold a baker's dozen at a time wrapped in newspaper - cheap! None of this £2.00 for a pansy! Loads of bedding plants you don't see for sale in the GC now, Ageratum, Michelmas Daisies, those little white ones I forget the name of, that everyone alternated with Lobelia? Loads more.

I also love the Snapdragons. Guess, like you, Honeysuckle, they bring back memories of childhood.

Nurseries in the old days (!) were nothing like today's Garden Centres. They seemed to be run by grizzled old men who knew where everything was amidst chaos. Our children hated being dragged along but often ended up with free gifts of plants!
