We have reached the month of NO’s No Sun No Digging No planting No Heat No gardening! wish we could say No rain!! Thats all we have had.
Im one of the fortunate or unfortunate people who have a birthday in November! November the 4th that is. I had a call from my oldest son At 6 a.m, to wish me a happy birthday! As I was blearily trying to waken up all the time thinking what the heck is he phoning me at this time on a cold \november morning even if it is My Birthday!!!
Happy Birthday mum do you mind sharing? says he.
Well through my fuddled brain im saying share share what!

WHAT WHERE HOW says i Intellectually! (ha ha)
Patiently he said Mum! Your wee grandaughter was born today on your birthday weighing 6lbs 1 oz Named Elisha!

So as I said
November …. NO GARDEN!
at least for a little while. This year I wont be saying roll on spring! Ill be too busy with my new grandaughter.
….wonder if she will be like Jemma and have green fingers I hope so. Looking forward to showing her all the wonders of planting etc etc.

Thank you all. Just couldnt resist sharing her with the GOY friends. She has just been up for a vist this afternoon! It was a lovely day for a wee run and visit her Granny! lol

Thanks all. Managed to get a few hours of gardening in on Friday as the new parents are coping well!#Granny not needed as much now. More the visiting for myself now! lol
All the fun bits now without the work. It certainly was a memorable birthday! and just adjusting now, getting back to basics!
