A change of plants!

Today Mrs James announced that she wanted to go to the local garden centre to purchase some spring bulbs! So, where to put them?
We can get rid of the lettuce plants now – they’re almost done. But is it worth me keeping the chillies and the tomatoes still? Mmmmmmm! I’d like to keep them on the plants for another month to see what happens to them, and then get the crop it.
So, it comes down to purchasing (or finding) more containers. I’d like to hunt down some unusual containers, rather than plain and normal pots. I might visit the junkyard to see what they’ve got!

Great idea Merfyn...I've got a cattle trough, an old bike with baskets, a metal watering can, an old sink, factory machine parts boxes, a black dustbin, our council green re-cycling box (I use dustbins for recycling) & some old chimney pots! My garden sound like a scrap yard...but they all fit in somehow!

I've got an old bath that was removed ( like the blog which gave details of it! ) earlier in the year, and I think I'll paint it purple and plant it with tulips for spring and maybe carrots for later in the year!
