Hi all
Had an amazing afternoons walk at the local RSPB Dearne Valley – Old Moor.
Loads of wildlife…
and finally a few birds
Fantastic afternoon, all the fresh air and peaceful surroundings has made me feel tired so an early night for me.

Great photos Mrsm and it certainly looks a lovely place for a walk. I wonder whether everyone would have seen as much as you did; you're obviously very observant. The birds are lovely and anyone would have thought you had been in the deepest countryside.

Bloomer - they have a lovely cafe too. Where you from?
I'm sure you will have a fantastic day out when you go.
Saw a kingfisher but was not fast enough to get it on camera, such a peaceful place anyone would think visiting that it was certainly in the countryside.
I just love it, I personally enjoy it more during Autumn and Spring as there are more birds. ;-)
