Had a fantastic walk in the woods at Potteric Carr Yorkshire Wildlife Centre Doncaster yesterday

Our forests/parks are harbouring a lot of fungi as your photos prove. You got some great photos and it looks like you had pretty good weather for your walk as well....

Thanks for the comments ....yes we had a good laugh at the mushroom, hubby said it remindered him of someones dimpled behind.... I wonder whos :-) LOL
They are definately lots of mushrooms this year, or i have been more observant, they are so beautiful and certainly fasinate me. I would never pick any as would never know which are ok and which aren't, just not worth the risk.

I thought of Builders Bum when I saw number 5 lol. love all these fungi wish I knew more about them, I found one of the red spotted ones on a walk last week in the wood at the back of our cottage, I have never seen them apart from in books before, they are quite amazing.
