Smokey is very beautiful!! My Auntie has just bought a Burman kitten and his 10 year old cat friend doesn't take any notice of him at all!!

Louise1, we probably will spay her when she's old enough because the city of Waco has passed a horrible ordinance that fines owners of "unmodified" cats and dogs, to the tune of $750.. How sad..

Lulu33, We think that "Smokey" has a little "Russian Blue" in him because of the way that he acts: He does not like to be "pampered", only accepts rubs when HE want's them, but when you "win him over" he's a typical "one person cat". That's ma boy!

Trenchy, Smokey is certainly a "pretty boy", but he has been showing behavior that you would see in a "mama cat" with this new kitten. Last night when I was emptying their litter box. the door to the garage was open and little "Izzy" wanted to explore "the great out-doors". Smokey intercepted her near the laundry room and picked her up by the neck, just like a momma cat would do and transported her back into the living room, where all of the "cat toys" are located. It was quite amazing.
