I wonder if I dare do this!

I’ve just found that its been six years since I first (and last) contributed to this blog which is frankly unbelievable, and I must say that I feel very very guilty at the discovery. They say that time passes so much more quickly the older one gets and this is certainly my experience. As we are now getting towards the end of the season and really enjoying the fruits of our labours perhaps we can review progress on the plot which is now well established You may remember that initially I was working with my daughter in law on her plot and then I got my own. We grew spuds on hers for a couple of years, very successfully but owing to some added calls on her time like a uni course she couldn’t give the time so reluctantly we had to give it up I was quite sad about this as we’d put a lot of work in initially knocking it in to shape. but there we are,. The silver lining though to this particular cloud is that the tenancy has been taken over by a delightful young family with three smashing kids who seem to have adopted me as an extra grandpa.I think I’d better stop for now as the box is filling up and my typing finger is beginning to ache! Hopefully I’ll do better now that I’ve started up the blog again, A lot of things have happened which may be of interest so I’ll leave this for now, just watch this space!
