Happy Mother's Day, GOY friends!

Yesterday my three sons, Shawn, Patrick, David and his lady-love Rosie visited me for Mother’s Day..we sat outside on my covered porch, ate take-out food, laughed a lot, and generally had a lovely time, enjoying each others company..i love my porch..unlike most others here, mine is square, so we can all face each other, instead of sitting in a row facing the street…it’s nice and shady on the porch, and the artificial flowers on the railing act as a pleasant privacy screen from the lane that is right there! My watering system prevents me from watering real flowers, and going through the doorway is impossible for me if i’m carrying a water-can…lattice work on the other street side..i’m on a corner..gives both privacy and cuts down the glare from the driveway..I hope you all have a lovely day today with your families, and if you are spending the day alone, i hope you give yourself..male or female (we all have mothers) a beautiful treat..you deserve it!!!
