Thank you both , it's only rough for now , the winter or as early as Oct right to March gets no sun in most and it's bleak and each autumn winter it looks rubbish lol . Trying a flood protection too . Grass is no hope here

Paul, lovely to see you on here again. Don't overdo it with the grass removal, steady and slow ... :o)

Pleased you are sorted out now, over the years on here, that is a long time Paul, I have in the past had problems with goy, it was terrible and I felt a feeling of loneliness, even if I have nothing to write about myself I always check in to see what is going on with others..
The garden looks grand, I can understand people making their lives easier by getting rid of some of the grass but my garden is too big to do that, truthfully mine looks better from the windows than it actually is, I share with two very fast running terriers so its a bit on the patchy side during the winter months, we've had all this years rain in the past month so its like a soggy sponge now, put that with the mild temps and its growing still, I used to like having a rest from the using a mower but those days have gone, lol....

So glad you sorted it in the end! All systems go now...You've clearly put a lot of work and thought into it (Still curious to know which part of the country you garden in... it's nice to see how flowering times vary with location.)

Paul, this happened to another GoYer last week ... just ignore it. You could flag the blog and Dave will no doubt remove those spam comments. Tell you what, I'll flag it now (21.18) hours. Done!

I'm glad it's all ok now. The garden is looking good. I am working on getting rid of more grass next year...
