Hi Everyone,
At last i can sit and read all your blogs, My! you have all been doing so well,
All the lovely photos, beautiful ones of the snow from granville and Alan,
Hope you’ve all had a great christmas, I went into the garden for the first time
on Sunday, i was only clearing the leaves and doing a bit of triming, 3 hours later, didnt know where the time went, still i am paying for it now, You would think i was a 100yr old, the way i am walking, i need to get out more.

Try a hot bath with a few drops of Lavender essential oil. It's great.

That's the trouble when you 'just' go out to amble around - time goes past and you do too much!
I am always getting told off for being outside for too long, sometimes when it's almost dark. I only went out to do a small task in the first place!
Next day, the backs of my legs know it, though!
