Petunia seed head for Avis............

At what stage do you remove the seed heads Milky?

I wait until the centre is just starting to turn brown and you can just see it starting to crack open....but leave it any longer and it explodes sending the little black seeds everywhere......well mostly sticking to the sticky petals......
