31 Jul, 2009

What's wrong with ducks? Mind you, I did notice a baboon in that lot!!

31 Jul, 2009

There is nothing wrong with a duck unless you try to plant it in the garden.....

31 Jul, 2009

So why do you want to plant baboons???????????

31 Jul, 2009

Wot a huge bargain bundle you have there Ian.....am dead envious :))

31 Jul, 2009

Thank you AA, I just saw them and thought I didn't mind losing a couple of quid if they were no good, but it seems I've had a bit of good luck for a change :~)))

31 Jul, 2009

MY GOODNESS!!! That must be the bargain of the century, Ian!

I think though, that you won't be able to grow the Convallaria...they have to have shade.

Some are frost tender and need winter protection, but not all, by any means! Well done! Great!!

31 Jul, 2009

Hatter, because I do and its my garden and what I say goes and if I want to plant monkeys then I will and there's nothing you can do about it and I don't care anyway because my dad's bigger than yours and he will come and have a word if your not careful and he does boxing so there. :~))))))))))

31 Jul, 2009

Thanks B. I guess I've still got loads of lessons to complete before I can be allowed out on my own! Lol
So if I plant the tender ones in pots and bring them in in winter, will they have to come into the house or will the shed do?
Why would you have to delete your last comment? Sorry I'm not getting it?

31 Jul, 2009

Oh I get it now, Its not you B. your alright its that Hatter, she's always coming round here and having a go at me Lol:~))))

31 Jul, 2009

You'll have to dig them up, and keep them dry and frost-free until the next planting-time (see box)
