What kind is it Holly? I''ve never seen that variety.

How did you cook and serve it, Holly? I've had pumpkin pie and soup but nothing else.

Gee19, my brother eats and grows loads of veggies , he told me to cut the pumpkin when it was the size of a tennis ball, which i did. Theni peeled it, cut in half, took out the seeds, cut into quarters, then roasted them in the oven... it was lovely,, ive never had this before......
