Thanks Doon and Bonkersbon - we are keeping a close eye on its track. It seems to be going a little further south of Nova Scotia than first forecast, but we'll still get the winds. Ah well, it IS hurricane season, after all :) Hopefully the power won't be out too long and I'll send news as soon as I can.

Yep, mostly, the ones on the sheltered side of the deck have recovered and continue to bloom. The others are trying hard to raise their heads again. They should have had stakes really.
