Lol ...., I'll have to ask Charlieb if she threw him in as a bonus. If so, I've got some more thanking to do ! I just love watching them at dusk, still brings out the kid in me ! Heck, who am I kidding, I never grew up in the first place...lol

This may be a dumb question, but do you guys have fireflies over there Sid ? We usually call them Lightning bugs down South.

No, sadly not. I'd love to see one tho - they must look lovely at night :-) We do have something that when I was a kid we called lightening bugs, but they don't light up at all. They are tiny little things that bite - not a bad bite, just a little sting really that doesn't last once you've brushed them away. Not the same thing tho obviously...

I'll have to see if my camera will take a close up of one when he is lit up, just for the fun of it.

Lol...,they really are attacted to this plant for some reason, there were always fireflies on these heleniums everytime I looked at them.
