I thought it was odd tooToto ! I thought it must either be mating season, or he's starving and willing to risk dieing for some of her left overs. I decided to look it up after Janey asked a question about the web on the other post, and found out by accident that the male spider of this species always builds his web in the outside corner of hers...pretty cool stuff isn't it ?!
Bjs, this really isn't an aggressive spider but it would bite if I got it on me and scared it. Just thinking about getting bitten is making the hair stand up on my arms...lol.
Thanks everybody, it's cool to come across these tiny creatures in the garden.
