These monsters came from my garden, most were normal size but we had three of these, two on one root. I have place a normal potato next to them with a two pence coin to see how big they are.
Why are these so big?

Hello Samba, I have cooked one of these potatoes ,it lasted us three days but it was perfectly alright. The original seed potato came out of a bag of potatoes we bought last year from our local fish and chip shop. So I have no idea where that potato was original grown. It certainly would have made giant chips. Thanks to all who left a comment it's nice to know someone is out there.
