oooh so I have Ian, anthing you can do......... lol
No Louise, they're Tagetes and didn't turn out to be the nice pale yellow I planned, more orangey....oh well. There is a Coreopsis hiding right at the back on the left, you can just see one flower!
Thank you Sandra, glad you like it.

This really packs a punch and is so uplifting it just makes you glad to be a GoY knowing that all the inspiration you need is out there. Thanks for the lovely picture.

Thank YOU Stroller. It's still looking good although I don't know for how much longer with the colder nights we're having. Glad you're enjoying GoY, it's a great site and I'm totally addicted!

Sorry not to get back to you Lily but I've had yet another busy day. There might not be to much gardening going on but there is still plenty to keep us occupied. I blame the weather, its that time of year. Lol

Is it all those women at home keeping you busy or are you keeping busy avoiding them Ian? lol. Weather is beautiful here and set to remain so for the weekend, or so they say. :o))

I wouldn't like to comment Lily, especially as I'm surrounded by them :~((

Beautiful borders, so colourful. My kind of garden!

Yes I like colour too although things don't always work out - the pink Dahlia (top left) was bought as yellow and is now big, bushy and covered in flowers.

Aye and it's mucked up your yellow and red border! I would complain bitterly to the retailer he he. Your dahlias are soooo tall, I love the red one.
4 Nov, 2009
Truth is, I really like it - just not there but don't suppose I shall move it as the trellis behind is so useful for tying tall plants like that to. The red one is Bishop of LLandaff, always gets to 6' but I just wish the flowers were not all on the top. It's a bit of a monster in all directions!

Well I love it. Is that lobelia red scarlett - I got some this year and was wondering what to do with it over winter. I suppose its hardy enough, do you cut it back?
