Yes Louise I have 98 varieties bit of an obsession I'm afraid, Bertie Ferris is an early flowering variety which flowers from mid June to mid July, so won't be flowering now, there are early, mid and late flowering varieties and ones that rebloom, most of mine are starting to die back a bit now but still have a few that are still going strong.

Ah, i didn't know any of that, thank you.
I'll read up on them Simbad because i'd like to increase my collection too - although i don't have room for one on your scale :(
Thanks again :)

Really easy plants Louise, never had one die on me, will grow in most soil types, sun or part shade, although do flower better in full sun, drought tolerant, not bothered by the dreaded lily beatle, in fact not bothered by many pests at all, did have a few affected by gall midge this year and had to go round picking off all affected flower buds, but still had loads of flowers, some are even evergreen, love them. If there are any particular colours you're looking for e-mail me may have some spare fans, usually have.
