Didn't note the name and now can't remember it! Lesson learnt!

Hello Pennyfarthing, I like your name and everything I've read about you, something quintessentially English about it. I'm fond of Roses but sadly I can't name this beauty but it looks like a David Austin Rose.

The 'Princess Alexandra of Kent' rose at chelsea this year by David Austin looked like this but perhaps pinker?

Thanks heron and Drc. Princess Alexandra does ring a bell. I'm sure I saw it but really can't remember whether this is it! There's so much to absorb at the big shows. Never mind, I want every rose I see and there are plenty of real beauties to choose from!

Coincidentally PF there is a pic of a rose called 'The Alnwick Rose' (its scented) that also looks very like your rose its on on page 4 of Octobers Amatuer Gardening magazine. This link shows it www.davidaustinroses.com/australian/showrose.asp?showr...
