i see them to how spooky eileen, you should send it to a news paper, ive seen these orbs before, very strange, and you didnt notice this when taking pic eileen? 2 orbs and a face on the tree to left to

nope Sandra , i didnt see them when i was taking the pics.
they only appeared down this end of the park

we had gale force winds and rain last night Dawn but the rain didnt last long. i had to top the pond up this morn

How big is this park. Each pic is so different

This is Dublin's playground - the largest urban enclosed park in Europe, with a Circumference of 11km (7m) and a total area of 712 hectares (1,760 acres). Situated 3km (2m) west of the city centre. Ornamental gardens, nature trails, and broad expanses of grassland, separated by avenues of trees, including oak, beech, pine, chestnut, and lime. Livestock graze peacefully on pasturelands, deer roam the forested areas, and horses romp on polo fields.

It looks like a great place for a summer picnic - altho' you'd probably have to share your butties with some visiting ETs .....

BTW is there any serious theory behind these orbs ?? I have a couple of VERY interesting photos with distinct orbs

hi Terry, a pal of mine is doing a project about some murders that happened a long time ago in the park, be interesting to find out where exactly in the park they happened. no sure about the orbs, could be several reasons for them appearing including light.

The reason I ask Irish, is because I took two photos within seconds of each other - thus the light, location etc were exactly the same - yet on one of them there is such a strange orb. It was taken outside a pub in Melton that was originally gifted to Anne of Cleves by Henry VIII as part of their divorce settlement. The building is also rumoured to be haunted, and paranormal investigations have taken place…

The other photo with loads of orbs was taken in a bedroom we were staying in, where my uncle died 3 decades before - coincidence ??
