Well it iwas one of you that mentioned on filling the boat in the first place, I hadn't done it before a I could not decide on what to plant, and as I bought some nice seaside plants whilst on Holls and had plenty of compost, "I did it" finaly

I have a small area of pebbles of assorted sizes and small boulders with driftwood and shells. You probably have the real thing. Gerry and I used to live on the Isle of WIght and we used to collect seaweed for the garden compost heap and driftwood for the fire.

Yes have you not sifted through my pic's, I have a couple ofthe seaside garden in there"Ithink"!!!
We live 10 miles away from Aberporth West Wales, and 15 from Newquay in fact it takes no time at all to go to any beach of our choice and we often go especialy during the winter months to collect shells, driftwood for the fire and bits and bobs that are washed up allong the shore. We have one perticula shell Billy and I collect and have a competition on who finds the most each time we go to Tresith and when the tide is out enough we can climbe through the rock crevis to Penbryn . We only find those shells on those two beaches.
