Thats a shame sounds like a defiency maybe iron, but Im sure one of our garden experts will know.

I really like them, I was unable to bring my mature one with me, so I'm waiting for the new one to grow and look like that :)

Amy, one of mine developed a lot of yellow leaves last winter and they toned down a lot a month or so afterwards.
I have quite a few of these Pittosporum plants (diff types) and their new growth is often a lighter and different colour so i'd just watch and wait.
I wouldn't feed it now either i'd wait until spring to do that, feeding now makes the plant produce softer growth than you want over a cold month period.

I have one Carole but it's turning a yellowish colour , I'm not sure why , maybe it needs feeding with something .......
