I took a few bu I hink this is te best one I promised I wuld put some bees on for those who have phobia's of Bees!!!!!
Echinecea is my best friend, as I take it every day to boost m Imune system(which I do not have due to a splenectomy) if Doc's had their way I would be popping antibiotics all the time.

It is better to take it by cooking than tablets as according to a specilist the tablets are no good.

I have already planted minelast week and yes I plant some next to the carrots.
I use it in cooking as well.Just over a week ago Billy bought home a cold so I ate raw cloves to ward that off as well, Made sure I was not going any where th following day first.

I totaly agree Morgana, Billy and I are always having a laugh with people, and on Wednesdays when we go shopping they look forward to us going into our usual shops, especialy the B.Sos. It brightens up their day so they said.
