amanita muscaria also known as fly argaric carole,, very poisonous, came here unitentionally through pine trees and conifers

Well if I ever come across it wont be tempted to have a nibble lol

John took a photo for me of one growing in a wood in Staffordshire when he was mountain biking - its within my photos :-)

I've only seen a photo Amy but they must be stunning in real life.

I saw another one yesterday Dawn when we were out walking ..... No the fairies had gone out for their Sunday tea Holly :o)

I see lots of these in the local woods. They are poisonous. Not sure that we're talking about the same thing but I would love to have a nibble.

Holly the fairies have gone into hiding until after halloween , they didn't say where , they had heard a rumour that the witches were out to put nasty spells on them and turn them into frogs .. :o(

Aw...thanks Amy.......yes it's much better, just having to watch what I do, which means no gardening for a while........:o( !!

It's hard when you have to be so careful , at least with the winter coming you will be able to rest it more ... I haven't put your Mirabilis seeds in the post yet as they don't need to be set until the spring and I might have one or two other sorts by then :o) x
