it huge isnt it. Julian picked the wiindows up at work for free....we have some tin sheets left over from the big shed build...the blocks and wood cost about £400 but the end result is twelve foot by twenty five so i think its good for the money..

rain on the weekend is going to stop Julian putting the roof on...thats if the weatherman is to be believed.....

What a shame but must admit, I go by what I wake up to not the weather men, as they don't always get it right.

You've made good progress! Hope the weather cooperated over the weekend. Great way to recycle old windows, especially with openable vents: are they double paned?

it did stop raining..but we went to watch one of my daughters playing at a small acoustic festival in Pendine,,so still no roof.
but the weather is still not too cold and i have been bringing things into the polytunnel which is for the seeds in the spring so the plants are safe in there for now.
the windows are single glazed but they all open and close which is going to be great ventilation. it also made it easier for Julian as they are much lighter than double...

So many greenhouses actually get too hot, & you end up putting up shade cloth or something. Glad you got a musical interlude.

Coming along well and looks wonderful.. Lots of different latches for ventilation. The aeoniums will be soooo spoiled. :-)
