Tamping in a hazel nut

I've never seen them dig them up either, think they forget where they've put them, we have one too burying them in pots the lawn , everywhere I dig when weeding I find conkers, little monkeys, lol.

The squirrels seem to be reappearing here too. I love to see them. I also like the edging to your lawn, very neat :)

Your garden looks lovely. We have a lot of squirrels in our garden as my garden is covered with oak trees and acorns are always falling. I dig up the acorns and the squirrels dig up my plants. Constant battle going all summer.
