Groeswnphil posted a photo of his pond with lights and it gave me an idea. I had these four path solar lights in the back garden and put them around the pond. Maybe they should be smaller ? I'm not sure but I do like it with lights. What do you all think ?

Thanks DI, They look even better now that it got darher but I keep thinking that the lights should be thinner and smaller.

Maybe the lights wont seem so large to me when the plants grow and fill in. Funny ! usually I either like something or I don't. Very seldom not sure :)

I do see what you mean, though...it's a matter of scale, I think...You could get away with four lights if they were smaller...just bought some at WalMart for $3.44 each...will post pic...they are small and would be perfect scale to your pond and you won't have to take out a second mortgage!
