Are they wild Amy, or do they belong to someone

They don't stay Sandra , it's odd , Snowball flys in with them almost as though he has been to fetch them , they stay to have a feed , wash and brushup and off they go again ....
They don't belong to anyone Dawn .. there are some old Maltings buildings up the lane which is becoming derelict where birds collect , ,pigeons , racing pigeons , fan tails ,, they can get inside to shelter , they collect there at night , I believe this is where they are coming from , Snowball is the only one to have stayed here permanately , at the moment a racing pigeon is staying with him and has been here for almost a month ....

It must be quite comical to see Snowball with his new friend the racing pigeon. How nice for them to have the old Maltings building to roost - I guess its very high. It must be a wildlife haven in there, maybe there are bats too. I thought that if white doves were in the wild, they'd breed with pigeons and eventually there would be no white ones left, doesnt look like that is the case. They are lovely.

It is a haven for wild birds Dawn , theres another block of old maltings nearby which was derelict when we moved here and it use to have owls in it , they would be twit a wooing every night ... they have been converted into flats and the owls have gone , occasionally you can hear them in the trees across the field , such a shame ! I though the doves and pigeons might breed but it dosn't seem to be the case ...

I was wondering about barn owls Amy - what a shame they were moved on.
We hear the owls - beautiful sound.
